Refund and Reschedule Policy

Packages, programs, memberships and courses are non-transferrable. Refund policies are subject to change at any time, and without notice. This refund policy is current as of March 31, 2022.

1:1 Meditation Coaching or Session Packages

Reschedule Policy: I fully understand that things happen. Per each package purchased, I offer one reschedule under the following conditions, unless noted otherwise within the package agreement:

  • One reschedule event may happen per package time frame.
  • A scheduled session must be rescheduled within 48 hours prior to its originally-scheduled date and time. The session will be otherwise forfeited.
  • A scheduled session can be rescheduled to a new date and time only within the package expiration date.
  • Forfeiting 3 sessions in a row without prior communication to Matt will be seen as abandonment of the program and no further sessions will be allowed to be booked. After abandonment of a package, no refunds will be available and no further packages may be purchased.

Refund Policy: 
Coaching or Session packages may be cancelled and refunded in full at any point within or before 48 hours after the initial consultation call. Coaching and Session packages may not be cancelled after any number of coaching sessions has occurred. All coaching sessions must be scheduled or rescheduled within the expiration period of the package.

General Memberships and Self-Led Programs

Reschedule Policy: With self-led or pre-recorded purchases, rescheduling is not available. Unless otherwise specified within the content agreement, digital content becomes available shortly after purchase agreement, and therefore extensions and rescheduling are not available.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, as soon as digital content is available, refunds are not applicable. If there is an issue with digital content please contact me here.

Online or In-person Live Programs and Courses (not including Retreats)

Reschedule Policy: Because of the nature of these group courses, rescheduling of sessions or events is not available. Verify the reschedule and refund policy of any partnering or independent hosting studio.
Refund Policy: Online or in-person programs or courses (“program”) will be refunded, minus credit card or other processing fees, for:

  • A full refund (minus a processing fee equal to 10% the original price of the program) within 30 days of the first day of the program,
  • A 50% refund 21-29 days prior to the first day of the program.

Refunds are not available 21 days or less before a program’s first day.

If there are any areas of this policy that you are not comfortable with, please advise me and do not sign the client agreement form until we discuss.
