Do I have to show up live to the sessions?
Not at all, because I’ll be recording all of them and storing them on your membership site for a full 3 months. But I’ve set it up in a way so that no matter where you are in the world you’ll be able to join live events all weekend long.

I’m not tech savvy. Is this for me?
Trust me, I’m not either. Because of that, I’ve had to keep everything low-techy-techy and super easy for me to navigate too… You’ll be there, I’ll be there, and I have a tech wizard on standby if something happens. Most of it is run off of Zoom, Vimeo and downloads sent via email, and I’ll have a quick Zoom tutorial that goes out before the event. The membership page for the 3 months of access after the event is directly on my web page as well and links to private Vimeo videos.

Can you guarantee I am going to wake up after Project:Rest feeling 100% well-rested?
I wish I could- there’s so much that plays into that... life circumstances, physical and mental health, and more. But what I do is give you what you need, no matter where you are, to get a bit of relief to start yourself on a course of building your rest reserves. It may be the final thing that you need to round out a bunch of self care, it may be all you need in the moment, or it may need other modes of support.
